My cousin arrived to the Emergency room with stroke like symptoms .Scared out of our mind we rushed there and forgot some sort of identification .
A man named Michael at the front desk ( a clerk ) was extremely rude " path these people without their ID, raised his voice at us , had no professional ethic .
I work in he healthcare field and so does my family , never have we encounter such low demeanor from any employee in this field .Truly disappointed with his approach in customer care
